Solution

  • Gamification: members earned Dodo Coins for server activity and spent them on pizza promo codes.
  • Events in collaboration with major CIS gaming servers — Sea of Thieves, Minecraft, Phasmophobia — plus in-game challenges across Subway Surfers, Valorant, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.

Results

  • Member count more than doubled, from ~20,000 to over 40,000.
  • The server bot was used more than 14,200 times over 6 months.
  • All 50 monthly promo codes sold out every single month, plus 35 one-ruble pizza codes issued during events.
  • Activity multiplied many times over — ~15,000 messages written in 6 months, with weekly visitors up 435.6% in the very first week.

NIX STREAM

Goal

Revive the empty server of streamer twitch.tv/nix and turn it into the ultimate hub for his fans and CIS Dota 2 players.

Solution

  • Full server reconstruction with advanced onboarding.
  • A dedicated role for his Twitch subscribers with exclusive giveaways and tiers based on subscription length.
  • dotabuff.com statistics integrated straight into member profiles, tied into an LFG system.
  • Daily Dota 2 events with prizes in server currency.

Results

  • Member count nearly doubled, from ~25,000 to ~48,000.
  • 3,676 full-scale events in 8 months, 357 of them Dota 2 — up to 10 Dota 2 events per day at peak.
  • The server kept growing exponentially even 5 months after relaunch: weekly new members up 1,776.2%.

VALORANT CIS

Goal

Modernise a fading server running outdated bots and build the ultimate player-search (LFG) system with direct Riot Games account linking.

Solution

  • Complete overhaul of the bots and the server's technical architecture.
  • A unique LFG system linked to Riot Games profiles, designed and built from scratch.
  • An advanced member profile system.
  • Team search and registration for VALORANT Premier tournaments — built at the request of Riot Games developers.

Results

  • Members up more than 3.5× — from ~80,000 to 283,000+.
  • One of the most voice-active servers in the CIS: peak of nearly 500 concurrent users in voice after Premier launched.
  • Over 4 years the LFG system was used 253,000+ times, creating 130,000+ unique matches; profiles were used 206,000+ times and Premier team search 27,000+ times.
  • Featured 5 times in the official VALORANT VK community by Riot Games; the former head of Riot's RU division personally thanked the team, and other major servers began copying the LFG system.
  • The team received a collaboration offer from the official discord.gg/valorant server, and former Discord staff publicly praised the systems during Q&A sessions.

DeadP47 Gaming

Goal

Rebuild a server wiped out by attackers and bring it to financial self-sufficiency.

Solution

  • Full restructuring: channels, categories, roles and bots.
  • A staffed team of artists, animators and moderators keeping members supported and the server alive.

  • Excellent retention: over half (54%) of new sponsors become regulars, renewing for 5.5 consecutive months on average.
